This website (the “Site”) is owned and operated by Worthy and Well Inc. “worthyandwell.com, worthyandwell.zenlearn.com.” (“Worthy and Well,” “we” or “us”). By using the Site, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and to use the Site in accordance with these Terms of Service, our Privacy Policy and any additional terms and conditions that may apply to specific sections of the Site or to products and services available through the Site or from Worthy and Well Inc. Accessing the Site, in any manner, whether automated or otherwise, constitutes use of the Site and your agreement to be bound by these Terms of Service.

We reserve the right to change these Terms of Service or to impose new conditions on use of the Site, from time to time, in which case we will post the revised Terms of Service on this website. By continuing to use the Site after we post any such changes, you accept the Terms of Service, as modified.

Refund Policy:

Refunds may be granted within 14 days of purchase for retreats or workshops (Yoga for Mindful Eating and Living - The Retreat; Yoga for Mindful Eating and Living - The Workshop) up until one month out from retreat or workshop. For other programs and services (Yoga for Mindful Eating and Living - The Course; Fuel, Flavour, Fun! For Life; and Worthy and Well Mentorship) you may participate for 15 days. If you are not satisfied with your experience, we will refund 100% of your money, as long as you can prove that you have worked through the materials and done your homework.

Payment Plan Policy:

If you selected the payment plan for products with payment plans, your first payment will be taken today, and your next payment will be charged to your credit card in 30 days.

Delinquent Payment Policy:

For retreats and workshops, full payment must be received prior to the retreat start date. For other programs, as long as you make your payments when they are due, you will continue to have access to the program. Payment will be attempted again 3 times - 2 days apart.

However, when a payment that is due is not paid, your status will be changed to "delinquent." If you purchase was an event, you will not have access to the event until full payment is made. For programs and services, this means that you will continue to have access to the modules that you have paid for, but you will not get access to any future modules that are released. When we receive payment from you for your "delinquent" payment, your order status will change to "in good standing," you will get access to all modules you missed while in delinquent status, and you will continue to get access to all future modules, bonuses, etc. that are released in the program.
